Learning activities encourage learners to make meaningful connections between course content and their own experiences, perspectives, or professional goals.
Course content and learning activities encourage learners to recognize and critically examine assumptions, biases, and alternative perspectives relevant to the subject matter.
Open Educational Resources (OER) and other free or low-cost instructional materials, when used in the course, include appropriate copyright and licensing information.
The course includes early and ongoing opportunities for students to demonstrate academic engagement in support of federal and institutional attendance requirements.
